Based on the above, the max file size is somewhere between 111KB and 141KB.

If ANY attached file exceeds the limit, NONE of the attached files will be displayed. I originally attached all of the above files to the same message and none were displayed.

If you want to post a high resolution image, a schematic for example, creating a PDF will be the best method.

I use Primo PDF, which installs as a printer. To create a PDF, print the document, and select Primo as the printer. A dialog box will open asking what to name the PDF file.

A large file (1920x1212) may also be loaded by DOC MAN under TOOLS, and linked to. It's kind of a pain in the butt both to upload and view.

Clicking this link leads to a page where you may download the image. It will display in a new window.

There you have it. Options are to:

1. Attach image files small enough for the forum to handle.

2. Attach a pdf - this is probably the best option for schematics where detail is needed.

3. Use DOC MAN to upload a larger file and post a link in the forum.

Beyond these suggestions, this is out of my control.

Guess it's this new phone a 500 x500 is way over 140kb best one was 160 a screenshot two times as big was 36 guess I'll have to take lower quality pictures just for here
Throw away 20 megapixel phone or something.
