Have not found much of anything on this, but Id very much like to twist one into a temp/humid project, including a heat index calculator.

Anyone interested in working on one of these with me? Id provide the sensor if your serious, and program in PDS.

SE doesn't appear to have the datasheet on their site, although I found a copy elsewhere http://www.robotshop.com/PDF/dht11.pdf

Hopefully that will help point you in the right direction. Did you have any code put together yet?

Move along with it Andrew, and if you get hung up ask here.
I have and use Proton, but I'm not willing to promise myself at present, as I'm dealing with chronic pain. The lines of code I've recently written can be counted on 2 hands
But I and others here would happily help you if we can, when we can.

Thanks guys. Other people have gotten it to work, it appears. Im not sure if it is an actual serial signal, or a string of hi/lo that Ill need to decode. Id be willing to get one to play with for sure.

Ill let you guys know what I find out when one arrives.
